Hello everyone.
I have a new site under construction that I think you’ll like even better than this site. It is taking me some time to get it all organized and up and running, so please bear with me. I have no eta, however if the web fairies are on my side, I’ll get it going by the end of May.
As it is now market season and due to rising silver prices, I am taking most of my stock down from this site. All items will reappear, new and improved, on the updated site.
In the meantime, please contact me if you have any questions or would like to request an order.

It’s one week into the New Year – are you tired of your resolutions yet? How about of everyone else’s? You know, the one’s taking up the time on the treadmill or the cranky coworker trying to quit (insert evil vice here).
It’s hard not to look at the beginning of the new year as, well, a new beginning. And while I tend not to make resolutions, I see nothing wrong taking stock and then setting a course for the coming year.
If you don’t know where you are going
you will end up somewhere else
I had a poster that said this on my wall as a young teen. It certainly applied then – I didn’t know where I was going for a long, long time and I ended up in many unusual, not always useful places along my path. Of course, even though I now have some semblance of a road map, I still get to have exciting experiences. Because, as you know, all map makers are drunk. (Truism, discovered while on cycling tour). So hang on while I sip and scribble out my 2011 map.

No map making session should start out without taking a gander around at where you are at right now. Surveying, as it were. As I look back on 2010, I am happy with the steps I have taken and gains made. It would not have been possible without (drum roll please):

Yes, I said YOU – you my reader, my follower, my customer, my friend…and ok, even my family. You allowed my creativity to flourish, , exhibited patience when I grappled with website design, admired (and even purchased) my work. Without YOU, there would be no Silver Lynx.

Facing Forward
Mapping out where I want to go in 2011 means focusing my efforts so I won’t end up wandering away from my original idea.
**I want to bring you (yes YOU) more meaningful content here on this site, like I promised back here, on my “old” blog.**
**I will continue to create new pretty things**
**I will begin teaching courses here (and hopefully in Victoria) so you can learn how to create fantastic pieces yourself**
Oh, I have so many thoughts and ideas~~~~~~~~~you will just have to stay tuned to see it all unravel unfold.
